試卷分析：
本次期中考試仍然分為第I卷和第I卷。第I卷為選擇題，分值為60分；第I卷為非選擇題，分值為60分。其中第I卷有6篇閱讀理解，第I卷也有2篇短文填空，學生的閱讀量很大，部分語篇生詞較多，給學生的閱讀帶來很大的難度，學生普遍反映做題吃力。而基礎知識部分難度適中，注重考查學生對基礎知識的掌握及運用，學生做起來較得心應手。相對來說，學生第I失分較多，第I卷得分較高。
存在的問題：
本次期中考試5、6班英語均未完成目標，這在以前是沒有過的。其原因，大致有以下幾條:
(1)以往學生學習英語的積極性很高，平時表現較令人滿意，因此從思想上對學生的要求有所放松，對學生過于信賴，特別是進入復習階段，學生的注意力向其他學科傾斜，花在學習英語上的時間較少，沒有拿出足夠的時間進行復習與鞏固，導致一些學生復習不扎實，落實不到位。
(2)本次英語試題題量較大，特別是閱讀量大，學生在做題過程中容易心浮氣躁，特別是遇到生詞量多的語篇，更是覺得無從下手，煩躁的情緒影響了學生答題的思維，一些學生選擇先完成第I卷，又過頭去完成第I卷，后有些題目干脆放棄，胡蒙答案。
