How to improve reading speed

After several years of English learning，I think about how to improve the reading speed of the following three ways. Well , as far as i am concerned, I think the food is quite good. But if canteen can provide a bowl of soup free for charge,iwould be more happy. huhhuh.when it comes to my eating habits , i prefer a vegetable diet .Eating more vegetable helps bettermetabolizing .so this is what i define a healthy eating habits as well.

I remember visit to school doctor's.
